Regional Account Manager

SWG will appoint a dedicated Regional Account Manager to monitor and manage the QFM implementation and act as a single point of contact for all project-related issues. Our Regional Account Managers will help you to define your business needs, analyse requirements, write specifications, facilitate prioritisation, and track the status of functional requirements. The consultant will also provide the necessary advice, guidance and assistance during the initial population of the QFM database. Our consultants possess vital ‘soft’ skills: listening, analysis, facilitation, observation, organisation, team building, and creativity.

Development / Customisation Consultant

The Development / Customisation Consultant is responsible for undertaking a detailed specification of development work which may be identified in the Requirements Analysis phase. The consultant will perform all bespoke and interface development during the implementation and upgrade phases.

Training Consultant

One or more Training Consultants will be assigned in the delivery of training courses outlined in your project plan. Training consultants have extensive knowledge of QFM software functionality and the facilities, property and performance management market places, thereby arming users with the ability to fully exploit the broad range of product functionality available within the QFM suite of applications.
