- Set up, manage and log service groups and individual services (e.g. porterage, waste management and spillage)
- QFM, unlike many conventional facility management applications, allows soft service tasks to be recorded using a different workflow to an asset. By recognising the difference between hard and soft services, QFM provides greater reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
