Through intelligent management of resource availability and job allocation for Planned Maintenance, Service Schedule and Health and Safety, QFM balances task and operative workload by ironing out operational peaks and troughs. In addition, using the interface into QFM Mobile, operative can receive, action and sign off jobs onsite in real-time, enabling them to stay in control of their workload.

- Resource availability including managing personnel data relating to annual leave
- Resource allocation / assignment managing data relating to operatives skills and time (i.e. whether they manage their own time, or need to compete a number of specific jobs per day and are trusted to prioritise their own workload). QFM can also allocate multiple operatives to one event and allow resource allocation to be carried out either automatically or manually
- Link into GIS (Geographical Information Systems) to enable jobs to be allocated by specific geographical area (e.g. postcode) so that travel times can be reduce where possible and additional calls can be allocated to operatives where workload permits
- Links into GPS (Global Positioning Systems) so that the operative who is geographically closest, can be allocated to a job, hence saving time and money
