The QFM Invoice Management application provides specialist functionality for facilities and maintenance service providers and in-house facilities management departments to enable them to invoice jobs either by maintenance contract or event.
Invoicing by contract allows a set amount to be paid to the supplier at fixed monthly, quarterly or yearly intervals. Additionally, QFM can invoice by event, so that different rates may be applied for skills-based work and contractors and can therefore be costed at varying rates of time (i.e. time, time and a half).
Purchase orders for subcontractors, extra plant and materials and stock can be invoiced to the client as and when required.
QFM Invoicing ensures total control over contract billing, stock, rates and margins. In addition, QFM is capable of interfacing into third party accounting software.
